Here's some pictures I took of the pylons around Frome, Somerset.
An L2 pylon made to look like a telephone mast on Clink Road.

PL16 pylons heading through a housing estate.

L2 pylons on the A3098 just outside Frome.

Here's a little one. Ever seen an L2 like this?

It might be this size because it's on a hill. See the others peaking over?

The pylons on the route to Rodden Farm.

Another look at the little one.

Down in the valley.

These two look a bit close together.

The L2 & PL16 pylons on the A361. These were taken from a flyover.

i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd486/cmaldridge/DSCF6944.jpg
The PL16 line ends in Frome, the route continues with one more PL16 suspension tower until ending at a substation on Hillside Drive.
i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd486/cmaldridge/DSCF6923.jpg
While the L2 line heads off up the A361.
i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd486/cmaldridge/DSCF6945.jpg
The L2 pylons cross the A362. See the little one on the hill.
i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd486/cmaldridge/DSCF6951.jpg
Here's the two that are close together.
i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd486/cmaldridge/DSCF6949.jpg
The line heads to Hinkley Point. The route code is ZG.
Enjoy!
