I would guess that the L3 D60 was originally meant to deviate to another tower over towards the trees on the right of the L7 tower and then either the original L3 line from this D60 onwards was replaced by a new L7 line or they simply changed their minds and decided to erect L7s instead from here onwards. The shallow angle of the line from the D60 to the L7 D30? tower would suggest to me something changed here at some point in the past. Good to see these L3s and L7s together as intended Cheers Paul

The reason why they erected L7 Pylons is because through the hills, there was a height restriction so they had to be L7 towers. The reason why the 2 last pylons are 2 L3 Towers at Bath is because there was no height restriction there.
