It's a deviation tower if the route changes direction at that point and it's a tension tower if there is no change of route at that point.

The 2nd pic has the SWE take on the Blaw Knox PL16 - ED51101 in the tower bible. Nearest I can find to the deviation tower is the PL4 D60 - 51130 the bracing matches better than the PL16 D60.
The PL16 seems to come in a few variants - SWE (Blaw Knox), Scottish (Blaw Knox) and the BEA JL Eve (AKA L55)
