Starts tomorrow! I've put them online too: www.pylons.org/exhibition/The front page is a bit rough and ready but the sections should work nicely. I've got to be up early to put them up. Then they will be at ground level in the windows along Leytonstone Library, so everyone walking from the tube to the High Road will see them. An artist friend helped me mount the prints, and he reckons they look good even though he has no interest in pylons, so fingers crossed that people like them! I'm quite excited about it, silly really.

Well done!
And it's not at all silly to be excited. I was seriously chuffed with myself the first time any of my work went on public exhibition.
I'm delighted to see my favourites from the photos of yours that I've seen in the selection.
I hope I have an excuse to come down to London while the exhibition is on!

Well you'll always have somewhere to stay if you do. And you can take an insulator with you, if you can split them

I know this isn't pylon related but wanted to share - I've had loads of lovely comments (mainly from photographers). I've been invited to take part in a local festival's Arts Trail over summer, although the pylon photos don't come down til March so I will probably have to photograph another topic for the Arts Trail. I'm thinking of tower blocks - I'm more interested in water towers, gasometers and bridges, but I think tower blocks will be better as a subject. Anyway, just to say I'm really pleased and proud of how it's been going!
