Hello! I am back from a long break but I am now back. I have always spotted these weird L2 Pylons on the way to Sheffield! There are 2 weird L2 Towers in a row. imgur.com/a/qUx81rkThe first one is the most weird out of the two in my opinion, it looks like one of those Pylons you would usually see in Russia or other Ex Soviet Countries! imgur.com/a/Fdb6bRhThe second one looks more like an L2 but still weird. I have 100% no idea about the reason or what happened whatsoever. Thanks Zak

That first one looks really weird, looks like the top arms are upside down, the second one looks like it has it's the earth peak lopped off like those L6 pylons at Dungeness. Whereabouts are these pylons I might like to find them.

They are located at Junction 33 of the M1 at Catcliffe Substation.

hi, I believe these were modified in order to provide additional clearance (like it makes much difference!) for planes landing at Sheffield Airport. As it happens the Airport never really got off the ground!
