New pylon in Wiltshire

Back in 2007 a new pylon was put up in between Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge in Wiltshire. It is on Westwood Road.

This is the old pylon, I'm quite sure it's a PL16, it looks like it creates and extra line.

Here's the new pylon, all the cables connect to this one, where as with the old one some cables skip it. The question is what design is it?

To the right is a PL16 deviation tower, see the difference on the connections with the two pylons.

Looks like an L4M DT90 or DJ90. You would think they could have dug out an old PL16 from somewhere - this thing's pugly.

The old pylon looks like a modified PL16 D60 or D90.

I'd agree that that pylon does look like an L4.
